Is the estimate really free?
Yes. We come out, measure, talk through options, and send you a written quote — no charge, no obligation to book. If you don't move forward, the quote is yours to keep.
How long until I get my quote?
We aim to deliver a written quote within 48 hours of the on-site visit. For larger commercial jobs that require subcontractor coordination, it may take a few extra days — we'll tell you on-site if that's the case.
What information should I have ready?
The basics: approximate square footage (or dimensions), what kind of work you think you need (paving, sealcoating, repair), your timeline, and any photos of problem spots. None of it is required to submit the form — we'll fill in the gaps when we come out.
Do you work on commercial properties?
Yes — driveways, parking lots, HOAs, private roads, and resort properties. Mention the property type on the form so we can route your request to the right person.
What if I just want a ballpark price by phone?
Asphalt jobs depend heavily on access, slope, base condition, and square footage — we can give you a rough range over the phone, but anything specific has to come from an on-site look. Call (435) 310-4694 and we'll do our best to give you a useful range.
Do you offer financing?
For qualifying residential projects we can connect you with a financing partner. Ask about it on your on-site visit and we'll walk you through options.
