Learn moreDriveways, parking lots, repairs, and sealcoating for Spanish Fork โ from Spanish Oaks and the canyon to the fairgrounds and Main Street.
Spanish Fork is right next door to our Payson yard, so it's some of our most local work. We pave residential driveways from Spanish Oaks and the east bench down through the older grid near Main Street and Center, plus commercial lots around the fairgrounds and the Highway 6 corridor.
Between canyon runoff, irrigation, and freeze-thaw, water is the number-one enemy of asphalt out here โ so we handle drainage and base on the dirt side before we pave, not after. We spec thickness for what the surface actually carries and time sealcoating for the warm, dry mid-summer window.
From new asphalt to sealcoating, repair, striping and grading โ handled in-house by 3H Paving.
